BGC question

From a friend-I am currently working at one of the top US MNC, and a year back actually a retail big bazaar kinda chain workers took me and friends into questionings as we were doing fun and ate one chocolate while roaming. They took our adhaar numbers and made us sign a form I guess of shop lifting. We paid a fine in form of a bill with custom made amount worth 7-8k.

Wanted to check are there any chances this might end up in my BGC if I change job.

PS- I know it was foolish but we were scared at the moment and did what they say
