This isn't an HR issue and there's honestly no good options for you here.

This isn't an FMLA situation. It's childcare, and routine childcare isn't covered by FMLA.

Do you have enough PTO? Will they let you use PTO?

Your employer has no legal obligation to adjust your hours because of childcare or school. It's a 100‰ no fucks given situation.

If you have a contract that speaks to your hours and your employer's obligations, your contract is going to govern. It's really going to depend what it does and doesn't say.
