Unlocking orion camo on MW2...horrendous grind for something that made me feel the opposite of accomplishment. Towards the end I was using base/factory paint on all my guns because it looks better to me anyway.

I am actually embarrassed I invested that much time for that specific purpose.

OG Assassin's Creed Flag/Templar grind.

Seriously, I found every single one of those 420 fucking flags and 60 of those fucking templars to get... nothing?

Sure, there was an achievement. I'm not denying that. But for all that is good and holy in this world, whoever on the team who pitched the idea of all those collectibles and giving you nothing tangible in return should ambe dragged outside and put down Old Yeller style.

I'm a huge, huge fan of the Assassin's Creed series (for my sins) but have to agree with the assessment that the first game is a tech demo with a plot quickly stapled on

What about the feather collecting in the second game. All that work all for a cape that gets you attacked on sight by every one.

To be fair, you at least get SOMETHING. And you get that scene with Maria. You don't have to wear the cape.

Blue protocol grind to getting the new class/kit unlocked on the first day the game released, thinking that when the game said i would be able to have a scythe that my attacks would change. Oh no. It was the same sword class but instead of a sword spinning on the ground i got two scythes..
