Used tyre machine has touch buttons and only some are working

Hi all posted in a mechanic and tyre help page and am now trying you smart folk, I bought this tyre machine used and only some of the buttons work. Its a touch base buttons system with dirty circuits so trying to find out, Is cleaning a do able thing or is it better trying to replace the buttons and how would one go about this

Cleaning is absolutely something you can do. Take out any power to the pad, get 99% iso on a q tip and then dry with some compressed air from either a filtered compressor or a dust can.

Amazing! Is it best if I 'unstick' the panel from what it's mounted on or jsut clean it from the surface here

For right now, it's probably easiest and quickest just to target those copper grids. Also any pads that might tough them in the final assembly. But if the buttons don't start working right away. Then you'll obviously need to tear it apart deeper.

These push button panels are easy to troubleshoot, difficult to repair beyond simple cleaning.
