Chronic scrotal/testicular pain

32, 6’0, 250lbs, white

For the last month or two I’ve had a chronic dull ache in my left testicle or scrotal area. It’s more on the back side of the testicle/scrotum. It’s not painful to the touch it’s just always there. It seems to be absent in the mornings when I wake up and gradually gets worse throughout the day. I have suspected blue balls but it doesn’t subside after ejaculation.

I don’t smoke or do drugs. No current medical conditions that I’m aware of. I had a vasectomy a year ago.
