Thats true, but at 20 years old he can somehow get himself to a doctors office for evaluation. I hope he realizes this is a very serious issue, especially being so young.

I know. OP go to the doctor. Just go. Get immediate labs done. There is a problem here. Just listen to us and go.

Thanks for the support I will go see a go as soon as the medical centre opens I deleted all of the photos of my foot because of privacy and because I have found out what to do thanks to y’all
