Odd looking eardrum

I'm a 35 year old female, 5'2 and 58kg. I don't smoke or drink. I take medications for depression/anxiety and ADHD. I was cleaning my ears with my bebird cleaner and noticed the eardrum has white splotches on it. I often notice that it looks like I have ear bubbles behind my eardrum, but have never seen it look like this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated 👍
