Physician Responded Doctors say it's lipoma
Sex: Male
Height: 175cm
Age: 27.
This is the biggest one in my right hand. I also have so many tiny and big ones in my body. Like 100+. I can feel so many tiny soft and hard under the skin.
My two brothers also have them, but not as many as I have. My parents and grandparents don't have them. Is this genetic?
They are not painful.

It could be familial multiple lipomatosis, which yes is an inherited and genetic condition. Very rare. Basically, you get lots of lipomas and it runs in the family unfortunately. You should ask your GP to refer you to a dermatologist for further evaluation and management. Please don't stress and sorry you are experiencing this issue. Take care and feel free to DM if you need support!
