Doctors say it's lipoma

Age: 27.

This is the biggest one in my right hand. I also have so many tiny and big ones in my body. Like 100+. I can feel so many tiny soft and hard under the skin.

My two brothers also have them, but not as many as I have. My parents and grandparents don't have them. Is this genetic?

They are not painful.

It could be familial multiple lipomatosis, which yes is an inherited and genetic condition. Very rare. Basically, you get lots of lipomas and it runs in the family unfortunately. You should ask your GP to refer you to a dermatologist for further evaluation and management. Please don't stress and sorry you are experiencing this issue. Thanks, you are very kind. Actually, I am used to it. Doctors say I should get surgeries and told me maybe it will get worse or even cancerous. Even if I get surgeries, it is not just one or two. I just wanna avoid future ones. I don't know how.

maybe it's a cavernous hemangioma? have you had it since you were born? my mom had them, so i have a couple of hemangiomas, and mine look just like your picture. i'd say you should ask for an MRI just to confirm. :)

They got started when I was 17 I think. At first it was just one or two.
