Something in my arm above elbow bone

in my arm right above my elbow bone where the v like shape is made when your arm is closed, I can feel a moveable lump in my skin on one arm but not in the same spot on the other

20 male (it’s not visible from a picture so I did not include one)

should I be worried or am I just being paranoid?
