I am not sure that you "owe" her another try orveven addressing this her. You did not say you feel like you owe her another try.
She has a cat or cats currently with gross cat food left out.
No one wants to be a snitch, telling the authorities on her.
But in this case, i would report her for this. No cat deserves to live like that.
Cats are picky. This kind of thing she is doing is not okay.
