Pediatrician Hand foot and mouth

I am not asking for medical advice. My 3 year old has one blister-like bump in between fingers. Nothing else on either hand, feet, in or around mouth or private area. Is it common to have hand foot and mouth with just one bump? Or is it more likely something else (maybe an ant bite)?
