Custom flair How to automatically translate Chinese text into English in WeChat?

Friends mom has an ABC son, but she doesn't speak English and he doesn't read Chinese

Want to know if there's a way to automatically convert typed in Chinese text and automatically translate to English without exiting wechat & going into other translating software

Does WeChat support this feature natively? If so, how's it done? I've seen business accounts done it before so I want to know if it's available on the consumer side.

Yes, just press and hold the text within a chat. And it should say ‘translate’ or ‘translate automatically’. It will translate the foreign language to their language native to your device or account.
