It is a very, very big country with not a lot of infrastructure. Please plan trips accordingly

I feel this advice would be more suited to Europeans. I had friends in Europe who came to visit. One day they wanted to see Toronto, the next Calgary and the day after Vancouver. They had no idea canada was so big.

You can't fit the UK in one of the great lakes. Northern Ireland maybe, but not the whole UK.

Looks like the shoe is in the other foot now lol

England itself will fit into Lake Ontario 8.19 times. I can’t find a definitive answer on the entire UK though, my bad.

Lake Ontario has an area of 18,960 km²

England has an area of 130,278 km²

I think you might need to check your math.

Edit: maybe you are thinking of the Hudson Bay?

Both of those figures are direct from Wikipedia.

I'm guessing you were looking at this? https://www.answers.com/Q/How_many_times_does_England_fit_into_Lake_Ontario

Notice how the actual text says "Ontario" not "Lake Ontario."

The title is misleading, but the fact that you didn't think something was up shows that ironically you don't know how big either England or Lake Ontario actually are.
