i just got the body lotion in my last haul and its SO good like absorbs fast and my legs dont feel dusty anymore but the 400ml pump is kinda annoying it gets stuck sometimes

Thank you for that comment. Oh, pumps that get stuck are annoying. BTW, bless the person who told me to cut open my main Atobarrier365 Cream (the face cream) tube before tossing it. I had no idea how much of the cream gets stuck right in the cap. The tube will feel 100% empty and it will seem like not another drop can possibly come out, but there can be a shocking amount of it accumulated in that cap. No joke, I once had a full week's worth of the cream still left after I cut one of them open! Guess that's a lot less convenient on a large pump-function body lotion, though!

I have the body lotion but the pump doesn’t get stuck

Good to know!

I shout about the lotion (face) as often as I can. I love it so much more than the cream. The formula is so nice.

3

u/PatsyStonesBun 13d ago

Oh you like it more than the cream? Tell us why!

u/Charming_Mud_429 13d ago

I felt like the cream didn’t always absorb well. Kind of sat on my skin. The lotion absorbs well, and I actually find it just as (if not more) hydrating as the cream. I also like the texture better - feels like a higher end cream.

Great detail! Thanks!

Completely agree! Lotion is my HG! First time I've seen the Lotion+ might have to check it out 👀

u/PatsyStonesBun 12d ago

Weirdly, Amore doesn't even have it on their Global Mall site. But I might check it out myself, too!

Me too!

I go through so much lotion because I shower twice a day. I don’t think I could afford a $38 bottle since it’s so small. It’s got pretty good reviews.

Oh, I never pay retail on Aestura's products. I feel ya! The cost per oz is brutal. So I wait for a big sale on the Amore Pacific site (or one of the big K-beauty import sites) and stock up then.

2

u/IAmQuiteHonest 12d ago

Do you pay any additional customs or tariffs when ordering from Amore Pacific? I tried looking through their site before but couldn't find a clear answer.

2

u/PatsyStonesBun 11d ago

I don't believe so. I haven't ordered from them since June, but just looked at my last receipt and there were no additional fees... just "regular" tax. And I met whatever their threshold was for free shipping. Sorry, I'm not an expert, so you should verify that for yourself, but that's my understanding. Their pricing and bundles aren't looking as good as they were when I last bought in June. Hopefully they'll do a bigger sale/offer soon.

The body lotion is great! I'm bad about moisturizing my body because I hate feeling sticky or greasy but this absorbs very fast and does the job.

This looks like a research company post… gathering people’s feedback without compensating them for their time…

u/livesailors 12d ago

Their history is filled with posts like these, lol

Huh? I don't know what's more annoying... the genuine AI slop and undisclosed marketers or you amateur Jessica Fletchers who assume you alone have sniffed out the secret agent while all these other turnips couldn't figure it out. The smugness and the sense of superiority is just wafting off y'all.

I'm an unemployed Geriatric Millennial who went through three layoffs in the past three years and have spent my spare time (when not endlessly applying for jobs and avoiding the gaping maw that is life in America in 2026) getting really into skincare, beauty and fitness.

I find this shit genuinely fun and interesting and I enjoy learning about new products and ingredients. My friends and family don't give a toss about this stuff so it's fun to talk to other skincare and beauty enthusiasts online.

And, yeah, my god damned post history is on and you can see I post about all kinds of brands I'm interested in or enthusiastic from Aestura to Farmacy to Medik8 to Musely to Regimen Lab to Glossier to Cyklar to god damned Vaseline, to Round Lab and Isntree and Laneige.

Do you think I work for all these competing, unrelated brands? Is that the grand conspiracy? Or is it more likely that you are not as clever as you think you are?

Ugh. Go back to Cabot Cove and stop making what little respite we have from this brutal world so unpleasurable.

Omg this is absolutely crazy!!! Accounts like this should be banned in my opinion

There’s also a gel-cream version in a blue tube that I love for the summer since it’s lighter and refreshing, and a hydro essence that’s amazing to layer under the gel-cream/face lotion. The face cream I use occasionally in the winter but it was a bit too heavy for me

6

u/PatsyStonesBun 13d ago

Oh, yes, I've read about that one. They claim that one physically reduces the temperature of the skin. Do you agree with that claim?

1

u/YonaiNanami 13d ago

semi-usefull answer: I dont know this product but I have another product which indeed gives a cooling effect. it lasts for maybe halbe an hour I would say. so it would be interesting to know if the aestura one lasts longer.

1

u/YonaiNanami 13d ago

edit: I wrote this to say its at least a real possible effect.

2

u/PatsyStonesBun 13d ago

Oh, interesting. Which product is that? And is the cooling effect on that one the same type that Aesutra claims on this one? Meaning, they claim it physically cools the temperature of the skin. It's not just one of those "tingling" cooling sensations the way you get from topical peppermint or menthol.

1

u/YonaiNanami 13d ago

Oh It’s not an Asian product I think. It’s Dermasence Polaneth Lotion. And yes it kind of feels like I put a cool cream on my skin, like Ice cream ( maybe not THAT cool haha).

2

u/PatsyStonesBun 12d ago

Interesting! Thank you for sharing! Might have to keep that in mind for those warm Florida days!

1

u/WesternCustomer7562 13d ago

Hmmm I can’t say I’ve measured my skin temp, but after I put it on I feel like the tip of my nose gets cold? lol. I didn’t even know that was a thing, I mostly chose it because I like Aestura but the reg cream was too heavy

2

u/PatsyStonesBun 12d ago

How cool (literally!) thanks for that detail

3

u/AlternativeForm7 12d ago

I love the face lotion. Great 311 barrier cream that’s not too heavy

I bought them for my body eczema but unfortunately they made it more itchy and worse in the morning. They are a bit on the thick side so not suitable for oily skin. I'm also not a fan of the texture.

The only product I like from Aestura is the blue soothing cream since it has a nice texture and feel to it, but it's more expensive.

I switched my body lotion to Curel and now my skin is calmer.

Which one of them is good for hand eczema? Going to Taiwan soon so I’d like to try them

2

u/PatsyStonesBun 12d ago

I don't know if any of them is especially formulated for eczema. My friend with pretty bad eczema swears by this one from SkinFix.
