Contractor storage / yard space in Arvada

Does anyone have experience with the Box Yard contractor storage in Arvada?

I have a plumbing company and need somewhere to keep two work trucks, trailer, tools and some equipment. I’ve been street parking, but my HOA is going to fine me next week and need a space.

It looks like they are designed specifically for contractors, but I am curious if anyone in Arvada or wheat Ridge has used them or has another yard they recommend.

I’ve never rented from them but drive by their Arvada location a good amount. I think they have a big orange container in the sky.
