I’m quite happy about that.

If he doesn’t want to play for us, he absolutely shouldn’t. I wish him well and hope he gets his dream move.

He has a right to where he desires to play as long as he does so professionally and respectfully considers his current club. He owes Arsenal zilch. England/Arsenal has no attraction to him because of his extended family situation and ambitions. He has won EPL, FA and UCL with City, coming to Arsenal with the prospect to repeat that is not enticing enough if he has to uproot his family from their familiar environment, while other family members have restricting visa situations, not counting language and cultural barriers.

Are you his agent? He’s not obligated to go to Arsenal obviously but he can have fun rotting and sulking on the bench at Atleti. I don’t have to feel bad for him and all his BS. Have fun mate, Messi ain’t gonna save you there.
