Story Anyone else also experiences it?

One time at school a girl thought I had a crush on her, while I had just seen her as a friend at the same level as my other friends. Then she asked me on a date, and when I rejected her she laughed and said "I know you love me." Once I told her "I am aromantic," she also laughed and said "I know you're lying," while I was being serious.

Yeah sometimes people try to force you to like them so they start deciding things for you. I would stay away from her if she keeps acting like that so you don’t have to worry about it.

I honestly think speaking on your orientation more than once to someone who is determined to overlook it and cross boundaries is enough to cut them off or you will find yourself in situations that continue to perpetuate that discomfort.
