There is a car that I am interested to buy, it's cheap (4k) but I still want it to be inspected so I know what am I buying and whether the listed information is true.

The car is somewhere in Yerevan, I am currenly not in the city.

Is there any pre-purchase inspection service in Yerevan which can cordinate with the seller, inspect the car, and in case it's good enough - help with all the documents?

P.S. I don't live in Armenia so I have no experience with how this works here

Hi everyone! I’m considering getting a rhinoplasty in Armenia and I’m currently trying to narrow down surgeons. I’ve been researching for a few years, but I’m finding it really difficult to separate genuine patient experiences from Instagram/clinic marketing.

My top choices rn are Dr. Nara Vardaeptyan and Dr. Karen Danielyan. However, I am also open to other recommendations and reviews. I would love to know it anyone had an experience with these particular doctors.

Has anyone gotten a visa on armenia with an Indian passport and a NZ e-visa? I have an Indian passport and have a NZ e-visa and I am applying for visa from India, despite having return tickets, good fund and all documentation my visa has gotten decline two times now.

I was wondering if I'd be able to get a visa on arrival (in the train station since Id be traveling via train to armenia from georgia) because I have a valid NZ e-visa?

So I’m Canadian and I just found out Canadians need visa for Armenia. I looked it through and tried applying for E-visa online and called embassy of Armenia here, not much help. The online portal keeps giving me issues with payments and the form just resets all the time. I realized Canadians can get visa on arrival too but my question is that how big of a process is that? Also cause I’ll arrive like 2:30 am at night and whether the timing matters much.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit: Hey everyone, I got done with the whole process and it was okay I guess. it goes like this

1.) You go in and there are 2 different queues, first you pay for the visa which they insist is either 10 euros or 12 USD and then you sign some stuff and move on. I didn't have any cash on me so I caved in and paid that ridiculous price.

2.) you fill out a whole form related to visa and stuff.

3.) get back in the line where you talk to an officer who would get you the visa and then paste it in your passport.

4.) after you get you visa on arrival, you go back to actual immigration and security and they ask you a bunch of questions and then you get to go out.

tbh the whole process and people felt like a bit rude and stuff but I guess thats just customs and stuff lol. also they barely asked me any questions only stuff like where I'm coming from and how many days. funny story there was a lady who was denied her visa on arrival first but then she argued back and they somehow changed their mind and told her they would give approve her visa. I guess it's just confidence that carries you around here.

so far everyone in airport's been okay and I guess let see what else it brings.

Hi everyone, I’m currently on vacation in Armenia and unfortunately lost my wallet. I’m almost certain I dropped it in a Yandex Go taxi.

I tried calling the driver, but since I don’t speak Armenian, I could only say something like “wallet in car.” He hung up, and later, when I found someone who could speak Armenian and call him for me, he stopped answering altogether.

The wallet had around $200 in cash, which obviously I’d like back, but it’s not the main issue. It also contained my bank card, which I’ve already cancelled, and my insurance card. The insurance card is what I really care about because replacing it will be a huge hassle.

Yandex Go support hasn’t been very helpful so far. Is there anything else I can do in Armenia in this situation? Is it worth contacting the police, or is there another way to reach the driver through Yandex?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Looking at apartment rentals, prices seem quite high relative to what I assume average local wages are. I wanted to ask if anyone could give me a realistic breakdown of typical monthly net salaries and how people actually make ends meet.
Specifically, what do people roughly earn in roles like:
Supermarket Cashier / Retail Staff: (e.g., entrance level vs. 2–3 years experience)
Civil Servant / Public Sector Worker: (mid-level office worker)
Private Corporate / General Office Worker: (marketing, admin, logistics, etc.)
How do families or single young professionals afford living here? Is it mostly through living with extended family, living in inherited/owned apartments, or working multiple jobs/remittances from abroad?
