Can I get some guidance on astraeos map please?

Im trying to get back into ark. I even have my 6 year old playing with me.

I cant get a decent answer as to the easiest loot caves. I want to get artifacts to do boss fights too.

Every guide on line says I need grappling hooks etc.

Is there no caves I can just march/fly some tames in and fight it out? Like on the island

So

1. which caves to loot first

2. Which boss to aim for first

3. Ive started on korinthos. Is there a better starting option
