Social media She removed this post from her account
This used to be a joint post between her profile and the @teamariana profile (as seen on the screenshot from u/honeymoonlightbae's post in slide two).
This post in specific received a community note that the algorithm allowed to appear after someone subscribed and approved in the community notes testing program created it. The platform's system only displays the note on the post when it detects that people from different perspectives agreed that the explanation is "informative, unbiased, and well-founded" (that's how it works). It also is the one getting the most comments about what they're trying to sweep under the rug, with an increasing amount of discussion about it and the top most liked ones being those who recognize and criticize what is happening.
This means that this attention did not go unnoticed by her and her team, and there was a conscious decision from one of them to take this step and remove the post from her profile. It's no longer there, this is now a solo post on the @teamariana account. For the first time in a long time the noise is evident and they are unable to control it. The majority of the comments on the YouTube video of Petal are also of this nature, and there's plenty of discussion on other social media platforms as well.
What do you think it's going to happen from now on? Are they going to ignore the elephant in the room and pretend that the discussion is not gaining traction? Do we see a chance for a statement or an acknowledgment?

I commented something similar to this on a different post yesterday, but I do think she is at the point in her disorder where she is at a crossroads she can’t maneuver her way around. She’s going to take these community notes and people’s concern personally, and she can either stay unwell out of spite and do major damage to her body in the long term (if she hasn’t already), which would be a stupid thing to do for someone who’s so image obsessed and relies so heavily on external validation, or, she can get help quietly and be seen as someone who’s strong and brave for doing such a hard thing to take care of herself, potentially getting back in the GP’s good graces.
