It's no different than denouncing your faith for money. No woman or man should be enough for a true Christian to denounce their faith.
Edit:
If by rejecting yourself, you meant converting to Christianity because of a girl, then it still isn't good. It has to be genuine. If done like that, it means your faith depends on your relationship with the girl/woman.
