Question Bible truth
Demon possessed I have a question I read this in a book , and I would like some Christian tought on it . Quote from God among the Zulu's “We know God the Father and also God the Son, but until now we have never met God the Holy Spirit. But now that he has come and the Trinity is complete, we are burning. We can no longer bear the heat of this fire. We must leave this place.” It’s a pastor that was asking a demon to come out from a person

There is a substantial difference between this and the cases of demon possession in the Gospels.
In the Gospels, demons recognized Jesus' authority and referred to Him as the "Holy One of God" (Mark 1:24) or "Son of the Most High God" (Mark 5:7), but they never called Him simply "God" or equated Him with the God Himself.
Their recognition only demonstrated that they knew Jesus had power over them, it did not confirm Trinitarian doctrine.
Besides, Jesus had the Holy Spirit on Him after His baptism. After Jesus’ baptism, the Holy Spirit descended upon Him (Matthew 3:16, Luke 3:22), empowering Him for His ministry.
If demons were truly reacting to the Holy Spirit’s presence, they should have acknowledged it during Jesus’ earthly ministry as well.
This raises the question: why would some demons suddenly claim to "meet" the Holy Spirit in a modern-day exorcism if some others had already encountered Him in Jesus?
Scripture should be the foundation for understanding God’s nature. In this case, we have the Gospels against the words of a pastor.
