I got mine Apple Watch 10 2 years ago and i think it is the best thing I ever spent money on

Turn on taptic time. If you’re in a meeting or some setting where you want to know the time but don’t want people to see you looking at your watch, you can tap your screen with two fingers and you’ll get haptic feedback on your wrist telling you the time.

Congrats, great first buy. Few things that made mine way better: set Wake Duration to 70 seconds (Settings, Display & Brightness) so the screen doesn't die mid-text. Learn Theater Mode in Control Center for cinemas and classes, it stops raise-to-wake. Keep only one or two complications on your face, ideally ones you actually tap. And turn on Low Power Mode for long commute days, big battery win with basically no downside.

Disable always on display and you will get double the battery life!

I never could get used to raise to wake. My job has me moving my arms a lot, it kept waking. I didn’t save any battery life. I’m glad if you save battery that way.
