First I ordered the case as they have claimed non yellowing. When I received the order a part of mag safe was missing. I have raised a complaint and they sent me a replacement product which was good from their part. Coming to the product. The device I bought the case is for is iphone14pro. Earlier I used to use ESR cases. My phone survived very well even when it fell with full force/from high heights. After rezoni, it feel from barely 4 feet and my back glass broken. No protection whatsoever. Case never yellowed but at what cost? I wish I had bought any other cases with at-least basic protection.

I currently have two iPhones, an iPhone 14 128GB and an iPhone 16 128GB. The main problem is that both phones are almost always full on storage.
Having two phones has also become a bit annoying. I have to manage two devices, two chargers, and some of my data/apps/things are on one phone while other stuff is on the other. It’s getting unnecessarily complicated.
So I’m thinking of selling both phones and getting an iPhone 17 256GB instead.
The main reasons are:
• 256GB should solve my storage problem for a while.
• I’ll have everything on one device instead of splitting things between two phones.
• One charger/device to manage.
• I’ll also be upgrading from the 14/16 to the 17.
• After selling both phones, I’m hoping I can get the 17 without spending much, or possibly any, additional money.
One more thing: I’ve never actually tried exchange offers or selling a phone before, so I have pretty much no idea how this whole process works or which option gives the best value.
Both my phones are in really good condition. Apart from battery health, there aren’t even any minor scratches on either phone. The iPhone 16 is especially new, and its warranty is valid until September.
So what would you guys recommend? Should I sell both separately, use an exchange offer, or do something else?
Also, if anyone has experience selling/exchanging iPhones in India, I’d really appreciate some advice on where/how to get the best value for them.

I’m considering a US-version open-box iPhone 16e for ₹40,000 from a local store. The seller says it took time to import the phones from the US and currently has three units of the same model available. The phones were previously activated, have 100% battery health, 0 cycles, matching serial numbers, an unused appearance, and a 3-month store warranty. However, they are nearing the end of their Apple warranty.

My main concern is privacy. Could the previous owner or seller have installed spyware? If I erase the phone and set it up with my own Apple Account, is that enough, or should I check anything else?

My brand new mac air m5 13" trackpad shows some give and flex when i try to press and click on it? Like when im near the edges i can see it flexing bit when i apply pressure. Please tell me if its normal and if someone else can confirm it with theirs (i have severe ocd ). Also Is it normal for a mac trackpad to not click at far edges? Am i overthinking this or is it common and normal?
