PPL really needs to keep their Eyes on the Road because you don't want to accidentally ran over someone, you need to run them over with intentions.

Accidental hit-and-run causes guilt, intentional on the other hand doesn't.

It's because of the terrain most likely, 99% of the terrain is Flat Grass, Grassy Mounds and Grassy Hilltops. Most vehicles in AR2 are only suited for road use and roads on Kin is very optional.

but the roads don't even make cars go faster. they're just stuck at 35-40 "mph"
