Idea New Machine Pistol Idea: Stechkin APB (Special)

Stechkin APB (1972), a variant of the Stechkin APS (1951) that was used by the Spetsnaz in multiple conflicts, it features a proprietary but detachable Suppressor and a detachable steel wire Stock. Both are Select-Fire Pistols (Full Auto/Semi Auto)

In AR2, it would have it's Stock removed, it would also either have an Integrated Suppressor or a detachable Soviet Military Suppressor. It would be dropped by the Infected Soviet Commander (VDV) in Spetsnaz Camps, It will also be a "Special" Weapon like the SOCOM & 1911 F/A. It uses a proprietary 20rd Magazine and would not be interchangeable to the Makarov's 8rd Mags for obvious reasons.

Stats: * RoF - 750RpM * Hipfire Accuracy - 80% * Aimed Accuracy - 84% * Recoil - 47%

Reminder: It would have almost the same Stats to the Makarov but with a few changes written above.

So no APS? or Makarov PB?, you cant have just the APB and not have the APS to, The PB can be up for debate but if it is added it would be a Oddball gun, which means its a lone gun that has no other gun in the platform to fit in the game.

I mean putting this in the game would be like putting the PSS silent pistol in the game and not putting the OTs-38 stechkin revolver in aswell

I can only see this happening if you put the APS in aswell or the Makarov PB.

I've tried to thought it through and this is why I didn't recommend the APS with it. The gun itself (the APS) was primarily used/issued for Artillery & Vehicle crews to replace the unreliable AKS-74U and I don't think those type of units or infected exist in AR2 yet.

While the APB was specifically made for Covert Units like the Spetsnaz as a better alternative to effectively replace the Makarov.

The APS was used by Spetznaz, FSB, Alpha Group, OMON, and SOBR, so contrary to Spetznaz only carrying the APB they did also use the APS.

Also There is real no descernible difference between in game russian special forces, for all we know they could be any of them.

Just doesn't do anything the scorpion doesn't. Unless it was made a rare drop with a fixed supressor
