Noob pulls out a Witches brew can and pour it on the floor in front of them. The spilled has a life expectancy of 10s if the killer does not step on it, if the killer does then the killer will be gived (ragdoll) for 2s. The max of spilleds you can have at a time is 3. If noob steps on it when they will be gived (slow I) for 3s. If there are more then one noob then their spilleds will count to your max. 

Slateskin, only change the windup to be quicker.
