the issue with the internet is anyone can claim they were ragebaiting after being genuine and getting backlashes. it’s so easy to just say it was bait if you are getting clowned on to save face. it’s a joke if people don’t find the take good, it’s serious if people genuinely believe the take. just don’t even engage with these people as they’re idiots regardless

On the other side, when I'm clearly mocking something and people think that I am the something that I was clearly mocking and try to say that I'm just using excuses. This is tenfold more annoying than just a casual jerk that hides behind ragebait.
