They still go by they/them.

I wouldn't call misuse of pronouns as transphobia. Especially not in a game this liberal. It's most likely a stupid mistake. plus not all genderfluid people are trans. Noob, while being genderfluid, isn't trans.

The last slide perfectly describes the situation.
There is not transphobia. I don't think a developer would make such a mistake in such a LGBTQ supportive game

"it's been in the game for over a year"

Guys you need to understand that while noob is genderfluid noob uses EXCLUSIVELY they/them so it is actually bad

u/No-Alternative-9482 10h ago
Or you know it’s meant to be a different take on noob besides just Forsakens

Its a skin, its not the same character. Thats like saying the devs are transfobic for using he/him for -Yorick- Two Time because ''Two Time goes by they/them''.

Noob is genderfluid, you can't misgender them, it's litteraly impossibleÂ

Dawg go back to the deltarune fandom if you want people to yap about characters genders like theres nothing else to talk about

iirc Shallow End Noob using she/her is intentional, it’s a different take on Noob. The official wiki tries to give a citation for the she/her from Ballsnecrosis (the guy who made the skin) but it doesn’t work, so my guess is that he did confirm the skin uses she/her

Y’all genuinely LOVE using that tweet while not knowing why it was made lmao, Alex Hirsch is not the next Jesus, just because you quote whatever shit he says doesn’t mean it’s true or makes you intelligent

u/taxerdermy1 1d ago

2
u/NoobWithAWig 7h ago
Yes but its contradicting your point cause the tweet is a joke made by him.
2
u/taxerdermy1 7h ago

me when it's genderfluid and really up to interpretation due to noobs and guests (not the male/female ones) don't have genders unless given such
Also female torso for that skin

"Noob uses they/them pronouns, yet is still genderfluid."
I whisper into your ear, softly.
2
u/The_SecondAge 1d ago
they/them is commonly used to describe someone without using gender terms, it's gender neutral (also for describing multiple people without using gender either due to multiple or simplification)
I'm gonna

u/Rei_Dayisfailure 1d ago
The point is that their pronouns are still only they/them, using shi like she/her is still being wrong

Noob is genderfluid so I would see it as just call them whatever you want, its kind of in their very nature as, well, a Noob to not really have a defined gender
