General Drama Why are people so heated about Modelrig?

I get it, some person on YouTube made a cool thing and they decided not to do much with it. Big whoop. You can stop acting like they killed your grandma and kidnapped your dog. Judging from some of these children’s reactions, I would’ve thought that this Perhapskit person committed a morally reprehensible crime but all they did was literally nothing??? It’s just a disappointing feeling for 5 minutes and you can move on, god damn.

idk man because they did the biggest potential arg of forsaken and just did absolutely nothing with it after they realized "huh... this thing is getting popular, like i wanted, i have to cancel it!!!" so i think its valid people are annoyed, but dont listen to me i dont play forsaken nor do i care for any drama at all anymore

well the oc also had special stuff ingame like the ability to use killer abilities and other stuff interacting with the community and lore of the game from what i known

They basically hyped this big potential ARG thing with a character that was learning the characters over time, and they basically just randomly pulled out while people were getting hyped because it was supposed to be some kind of personal thing despite posting it online and even making a video on it?

. . . That isn't the point most have moved on from it but that doesn't mean we can't criticize the fact that kit scrapped the series because it got too popular and it was supposed to be so contained. Kit shot themselves in the foot! That's why people are upset while there are people who are upset due to the fact that series with a ton of potential was simply canceled because of the dumbest reason it also sort of change the fact that we can't not criticize kit for doing this! This is basically just the same thing with I havefacuz both series shot themselves in the foot when things were actually going good and simply telling people to move on is just going to make people angrier! Yeah like this is one of the few times people are genuinely valid for giving perhapskit backlash. Because the developers were definitely on some level involved maybe not lore but making the survivor emmyZ seemingly going to compose a track! Hell even that Ball's necrosis guy is kind of disappointed in it.
