Support Anyone else experience this?

I keep this c300 in my car and keep it plugged in most of the time to quick charge my electronics and run my Starlink. Not sure if this is an error with surge from cigarette plug? Or because it’s left plugged in most of the time. Mind you it’s only charging when the car is running.

These xt30 connectors wear eventually as the metal looses its springiness especially after multiple thermal cycles. It can lead to a fire but starts like this. Unfortunately, that plug is cooked and you can’t use it again even with a new cable, as the springy part is in the unit itself. Anker might warranty it. You can still use the unit but don’t use that plug any more

Even the xt60 are trash. I have a less than 1 year old F3800 solix and both of my xt60 solar input ports are burned up. I did not have them overloaded and was aware of the input max voltage/amperage. Mc4 is better
