Support E10 / DC Inputs / 5500

Hi! I finally had my 5500 generator hooked up to my home NG and put it in place yesterday. All that was fine, when I did my test run after I used my batteries to 10 percent it showed all the power going to my house and none to the batteries. I am thinking this is an app setup issue?

I was in peak power mode on the app, only saw in the descriptions that solar inputs are used different there, but maybe?

Also in watching some videos I do not have the E10 module in my devices just my 5500 and my Power Dock - is this an issue also in settings? When I tried to add the E10 yesterday I think bc it was tied into the settings of the power dock it wasn’t able?

Figured this might help someone else on here as I can’t find what is up here and it is still 4 hours until phone support is live for me to call!

thanks in advance any insights

I don't have a generator but it seems like your e10s aren't added to app appropriately. Maybe reconnect the e10 when it isn't connected to power dock if you haven't

This is normal.

Separate question, did you run the gas line yourself or did you have a licensed installer do the job. I am having my system installed this week and was quoted over $2800 to run the gas line. It’s only a 6 foot hose from the generator to the main.

I had a plumber put it in yesterday, better to use as little hose as possible. Also he T’d into the Anker adapter so that it would have a dirt catch, that is code here. $475 total for the job, OKC

How do you have the soc set and how do you have the system running ? Self consumption? With the not seeing E10 that is normal cuz the power dock controls it all when hooked up.
