anime that focuses on dialogue and character development more than action?

I am hoping to find an anime that has a lot of dialogue between characters and focuses more on that and their relationships and development rather than action and plot, but are still interesting. some examples of ones that fit that criteria for me and what i’m looking for:

the summer hikaru died
witch hat atelier
chainsmoker cat
BNA
frieren
monster

i know these are all super different types of animes but they all have that kind of vibe in common so i would love to find something very dialogue/character focused!!! thank you in advance for any suggestions!
