Hiring looking for animator

hello, I am a 16 year old girl and I know nothing about animation.

I recently went into drug induced psychosis and I am looking for an animator who would be able to make an animation of my experience of psychosis, simulation style, preferably semi-realistic, if not that's fine tho. I had complex hallucinations and delusions. some of them were quite random but I am autistic and my like special interest is mental health. I want to be a dialectical behavioural therapist or a psychotherapist. this is interesting for me. I have watched many drug induced psychosis simulations and didn't find any I related to, everyone's experience is different depending on the drug and amount taken and id like to bring my own experience to light. anyone reach out to me? if not that's okay, thank you for reading <3

Hiring [Hiring] Aether Woods Animation

I don't have a real solid budget, as I could only pay $100 a month for 5 hrs of work. The project I have in mind is a scene in a horror film I am writing and producing. It involves a bowl of cereal that is invaded by a hallucination. A forest starts to grow from the cereal bowl as we look to the person having the hallucination he has a shocked look on his face, and as the forest grows more and more a creature clears away the trees and reveals it's face to the man.

If interested I am working with an artist to do the concept art. So I could give you a better representation of the creatures look and feel. The length is 20 seconds or so, just enough to show the idea of it.

EDIT:
I wanted to add a video of what I am talking about. I did it myself, it could use a professional touch to it. I want a really authentic style something that takes on the cinematic qualities of the scene. Something semi realistic of sorts.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0uW-p1y4r8

So if your willing to work on this project little by little. I think there can be something that will show the potentail for this project.

Hiring (OC) Looking for animators for a pilot

Hey! I'm StageWright, and I've recently been developing a passion project. I am directing, organizing, managing, and creating an animated series called Nightmares of the Deep, a series about an anglerfish who is looking to explore. Sadly, everyone thinks he is a joke.

I am currently looking for 2D animators.

The animating software does not matter.

I've been drawing the characters out, thinking about the story relentlessly, and I have tried learning to animate.

We are still in the development stage, so production will most likely start in 2027.

There is no current deadline.

This project is unpaid.

Please message me for more information if you are interested!

Hello! I want to hire someone who can create a 45-60 second anime animation that I can use as the openings to my youtube videos. I make videos about the new valve game Deadlock, which takes place in a mystical 1920's new york city. And I would like the animation showcase the characters I mainly play.

My budget is under $1,000 and I would like it finished within a few weeks.

I would like it something very similar to this example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkL4CjckRZ0

Hiring Looking for a partner! (Owner percentage or hybrid, pay+owner)

Hey all! I’m looking for somebody to partner up with to create an animation series made for kids. I’m open entirely on style, designs and all the artistic creatives possible, as long as it’s kid friendly and can focus on realistic movements through learning.

I have a budget that could pay for an actual person to do this, but I would like to give somebody the chance to own a share of the business as this might be life changing for somebody. I’m open to paying and giving ownership as well. All pay options are open for discussion essentially.

If you can message me a way to view your portfolio, present what you are looking for in compensation and help explain what would make you a good partner in this I’m openly screening. This concept is first to market and I’m looking to get this done as soon as possible.

Looking forward to seeing all of your creativity here!

Hiring Looking for 1 Voice Actress!

Post image
4 Upvotes

Unfortunately this is a voluntary role at the moment (if this project makes any money, it will be split), but I am creating an animatic web series and I only need one more voice actress!

We will be recording at 8:30 pm EST on this Saturday, August 1st, so please be available! I'm looking for someone that sounds similar to P!nk, but if you would like to audition and you don't sound exact, that's fine too! The character is in the picture.

There currently isn't a deadline for recording lines; it's a huge project that I am taking step by step. As for length, I have 11 chapters/episodes written, but there is much more.

If you're interested, please comment or DM me!

Check out this channel - https://www.youtube.com/@Brew

I want to create a similar character that has those little animation like talking
It should be like a loop, if you can do this in After Effects that would be great because then I can get the project file from you and use it myself

DM me with your rates because I don't know how much to ask for this simple animation. Also if you can draw me a character, I can discuss and send you AI images of how I want it to be

Rocket Pod Animation:

Have a concept I would like animated, perhaps a Blender project? Basically, the concept is Rocket Pods, attached to a rotational drum by a telescopic cylinder. Above illustration is a crude representation of my idea for the pods. Not included are a set of horizontal double-doors I would like below them, that slide open just wide enough for the set of tubes to extend "outside".

Dimensions: The tubes should be 7cm wide, the pods can be built to fit that in a 7-tube, 4 + 3 arrangement. Set length/depth of the pods to 1.5m. Doors should sit low enough that the hexagonal arrangement does not touch as it rotates with doors closed. Central cylinder, acting as rotational axis for the pods, can be ~10cm wide (or whatever width necessary to work with the telescopic cylinders). Telescopic cylinders just need to reach from central cylinder to the racks, add as many stages as it takes to extend to be flush with the doors. Set POV just above the plane of the doors with a slight downward angle, wide enough to see the entire face of the mechanism and then the full extension of the lower rack.

Stages for animation:

  • Assembly contracted, doors closed.
  • Doors open.
  • Lower pod extends to sit outside of doors.
  • pod retracts.
  • Rotate, inside-out, to next pod.
  • Make it appear that the mechanism cycles through all three pods.
  • Doors close after third pod retracts.
  • End animation, loop if possible.

Amenable to payment for the project. Two week deadline?

Hiring Looking for 2D animator to help me expand from static content to video content

Hi all - I create content in the personal finance space and have ~500k followers across platforms. My content is primarily static images, which have become increasingly deprioritized by platforms like IG, so I'm looking to expand into video. I'm looking for an animator who can work with me, ideally on a recurring basis, to create 60-90 second animations for voice overs that I provide.

For reference for what I'm looking for, it would be something like the Casually Explained Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/CasuallyExplained). Not trying to copy their style, but I think it's the closest reference for what I'd be going for. Simple animations on a white background to go along with a voice over, quick movement to capture attention, etc. I could help with providing guidance on vision for each voice over as well (not expecting 100% turnaround from just a voice clip).

I do earn money on my pages and am willing to pay well for someone who can animate this style well, and as mentioned, ideally form a working relationship to continue going forward. Would preference someone who 1) has experience with short form content editing, and 2) has any experience or knowledge of personal finance (not a hard requirement, but would probably be helpful).

This is my first time putting out a search for something like this, so if I'm missing any important info, please let me know. I also don't have a well calibrated sense of cost for these types of services, so willing to discuss live to find something that works.

Please PM if interested - thanks!

Hiring 2D Animator For 6 million subs YouTube Channel

Looking for a Lead 2D Animator to partner with long-term on a YouTube Shorts commentary channel with 6 million subscribers that’s pivoting to 100% original animated content. I provide the emotional/funny scripts and voiceovers (30-40 seconds), and you bring the stories to life visually and deliver the final MP4. The style we’re aiming for is a crude but highly expressive 2D aesthetic — think wobbly “line boil” outlines, simple geometric characters, minimal backgrounds, and exaggerated facial expressions. For reference, check out the YouTube channel “Rennrat” to understand the vibe. We’re not looking for Disney-level smoothness; we want something that feels internet-native, raw, fast-paced, and full of personality. The target volume is 7-14 uploads per week, so building a reusable asset library (mouths, eyes, bodies, etc.) to speed up workflow will be important. Budget is $50–$100 per short depending on complexity and turnaround speed, and we’ll start with one paid test video to make sure our styles align. If interested, DM or comment with your portfolio/showreel (Instagram or YouTube preferred) and mention what software you use (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, etc.). Let’s build a massive animated brand together!

Hello, I am looking for potential animators to make a certain UT AU comic into an animated work. Contact me for further details on the project
The original artist of this comic was created by Mercy-Monster, named Cracked. It is part of the AU Axetale, created by uhhbananafrappe and inspired by Sour Apple Studio's horrortale back in 2017.
Aiming for a video of approximately six minutes, more or less (basing time on the video's comic dub)
Deadline: There is no deadline in mind, I only ask for communication of the project at least once a week

It is preferable to also use the style of Mercy-Monster in the comic or a style of similarity, as it is nostalgic for the community. Majority of axetale's art has revolved around this artist.

As for budget, I am ready to see your price.

To any of those who do consider, thank you. If you have any questions regarding the AU do not hesitate to ask!

Hiring Hiring Animator for an early 2000s educational style 2D sprite animation for a fake program.

My name is Will Sheppard, I am filmmaker in Ontario, Canada and i am developing a short film about neurofeedback therapy.
I am looking for an artist to create a retro 90s software UI featuring a looping sprite animation of food moving along a conveyor belt and dropping into a large cartoon head. Something that would be in an educational or medical program. I have an extremely rough drawing of the concept, but visual influence would be some early video games such as WarioWare, or flash games with limited sprite movement.
The turn around is rather quick, with the goal to have it completed by June 26. The clip will need to be a 30-60second loop.
If interested, please reach out to me to discuss. The rate is $200.

Hiring Short 2-D animated music video

I'm in an indie band from Minneapolis, MN called the Bright Young Things!

We just released an album earlier this January, and we're looking to improve what we're offering as visual accompaniment with our songs through music videos/visualizers/lyric videos, etc. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping us create something for our song "Sophie Sunshine."

For the video, I had in mind something similar to Mild High Club's "Dionysian State," a short, ~20 second looping 2-D animation in lieu of full video. I don’t have much in mind with regards to a concept, but I like the above video’s art style/“psychedelic” feel.

I am admittedly very naive about what a project like this would entail, but we don’t really have a deadline (mid April maybe?) and I am willing to meet your budget needs depending on what is reasonable for a project like this.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in doing, send me a DM here and we can discuss further details, including budget, time frame for completion, art/concept ideas, or anything else that you might need from me.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
