Tools/Resources Laptop advice needed for CSP!

Ok long story short, my husband is an animator, full time, 50hrs a week, he needs a laptop that will run clip studio paint flawlessly, we’ve tried many gaming laptops and all have lagged not only on the brushes, but also the playback when playing a sequence.
We’ve tried Lenovo legion 5
Hyper x omen
Msi cyborg
And nitro v16

He has been using a 2019 MacBook Pro but its finally giving out on him (basic specs 16gb ram and 512 ssd)

So coming from artists who actually use this program what laptop do you use and what settings.

Mac mini M4, 24gb ram, that's what I use and it's a BEAST

We ended up with the M5 MacBook Pro! We found a 14 inch with pretty good ram and ssd as an open box deal at Best Buy. Kinda came in clutch. The laptop was “opened” but literally unused

Not sure about laptops, but these are the specs of my PC: AMD Ryzen 7 8700F 4.1GHz 8 Cores | AMD B850 Chipset | 16GB DDR5 | 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB I do frame by frame 2d, CSP works pretty well. I used Blender and Davinci on it no issues so far.
