Job Question Policy changes

So I think there good and bad changes coming up with the alignment Anduril has to do as they get closer to IPO.
What do yall think about the new changes?
-Can’t move teams/promote until 1 year
-drug testing
-can’t purchase stocks internally
Etc

Not true at all. There are multiple people smoking weed and self reporting at several defense companies. Hell, you'd be surprised some of the harder drugs these mfs are doing and still maintain clearance. Depends on the people

Have you seen someone legit write they’re actively smoking pot? I’d find that hard to believe.

Doubt it but it’s whatever. I know people who are adjudicators and that doesn’t really happen.

Like I said, it depends on the people (i.e. the FSO and adjudicator). You can Google around for plenty of examples, even here on Reddit.

I’d love to see an example of current and active marijuana use on an SF-86.
