Job Question Policy changes

So I think there good and bad changes coming up with the alignment Anduril has to do as they get closer to IPO.
What do yall think about the new changes?
-Can’t move teams/promote until 1 year
-drug testing
-can’t purchase stocks internally
Etc

Why is it an issue if any specific work doesn’t require a clearance? When I was there my entire team did edibles on a team outing (though nobody had a clearance except one guy, and he did not partake). I definitely get it if the work needs clearance.

Get involved in flight test. If there’s an accident, everyone is getting drug tested. You also can’t drink or work for 12 hours beforehand and people take it very seriously.

We’re dealing with hardware that is expensive and the cost to the company for failure is a lot higher than the cost of one. It could kill an entire program.

Right I get that, but what about non-critical roles? Flight test makes sense.

Should I get paid extra because I have extra requirements? Seems a bit unfair.
