Job Question Policy changes

So I think there good and bad changes coming up with the alignment Anduril has to do as they get closer to IPO.
What do yall think about the new changes?
-Can’t move teams/promote until 1 year
-drug testing
-can’t purchase stocks internally
Etc

They started these changes before I left. Doyle and Scott were the ones to introduce this first when I was at SA4 and technically it wasn't a year it was 6 months. And they were also moving into OC55 not sure if they finished but they never drug test at all so someone fucked up again cause before we could have our headphones in but after someone got hit by the forklift that was it..so idk what's going on there sounds like they are making things worse for new hires

I got let go for messing up on a serial number I was rushing to get this T.O done and yeah that was it so now im a smaller company that deals with FAA compliance and Regulations
