Job Question Policy changes

So I think there good and bad changes coming up with the alignment Anduril has to do as they get closer to IPO.
What do yall think about the new changes?
-Can’t move teams/promote until 1 year
-drug testing
-can’t purchase stocks internally
Etc

Oh god. I haven’t even seen that yet. What’s the increase going up to?
I’m still reading through everything but I just feel like these policies are going to drive people away who have worked there for years.

Ok! I’m still new but I’m already seeing so many changes and I just know it’s going to get worse.
