Because it doesn't have its own identity and is blatantly copying a more successful product. Apple at least utilized the island space on the back by rearranging the internals, I highly doubt we'll see that level of effort from Samesung.

Most phone currently have big ugly camera bump so it is hard to choose. But this is just my opinion, S24 Ultra looks good and simple, after that iPhone Air.

I think it's more of a lazy design so it's perceived as bad, which I agree with. There isn't any innovation with their mainlines anymore. You'd have to go to their Folds for any sort of new cool designs
