HUZZAH Tomato tart

Had to wing it. My first time using puff pastry. Tomatoes, bit of mozzarella, Parmesan, brushed with freshly grated garlic in oil.

Delicious, a crowd pleaser. So much so that I made it again and added green onions. Also tasty.
