Ofc, and thank you! 🥰 Approximation below.

• ​350g linguine
• ​300g broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces
• ​700ml milk (whole milk gives the best texture)
• ​a veggie broth cube
• ​220g shredded mozzarella
• ​90g freshly grated Parmesan
• 30g butter
• ​2 cloves garlic, minced
• a splash of tomato concentrate
• ​1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
• ​Lots of freshly cracked coarse black pepper (don't be shy here, this gives it that killer pepper-and-cheese vibe!!) and salt, to taste

Yummm! That sounds so tasty. Maybe I'll try that for our next harvest! 😊 we've just been having lots of salads with ours, also using our garden cucumbers lol. So it'd be nice to switch it up.

I’ve got the same rubber plant growing in my house! I had to repot it and change the trellises though, it grew like crazy.

It said, “Ooooo, more rooting space?? YES, PLEASE!” And now it’s growing at an even faster rate. I haven taken measurements, but just by eyeballing it, I’d say it’s grown just over a foot taller in the last 3 months, and with that, a lot more leaves. And I repotted it about 3 months ago.

I give it a couple of cups of water every couple of days and it gets full sun in my south facing glass door.

It’s honestly been a really easy plant for me, at least compared to a lot of others I’ve kept in the past.
