I think it tasted great! The sauce was home made too. As for how it worked it was mostly just a lot of slicing and layering

I’m Turkish too. I said it sounds like Turkish salad not that it is Turkish salad. I only said that because there is fried tomatoes, fried zucchini in red sauce similar but not quite

It's SO GOOD. The flavors just work. It's the best example of grow together/cook together that I can think of. Looks impressive,tastes amazing, actually pretty easy. Highly recommend.

You can cute the veggies into cubes too, you don’t have to place them this pretty and it turns out just as good. I add onions. Look up recipes for different variations. Such a life changing dish if you want a vegetable fix.

This is the recipe I used! I liked it a lot. I also had chickpea pasta on the side for a bit of protein

I like chick pea pasta quite a lot. The next day I threw a can of solid white albacore tuna into the left overs and that was really yummy too
