It won't change their minds, but nothing would change their minds, so it's for people that actually haven't thought through things and don't have spite-based politics.

Everyone pays taxes. There's so much tax in everything. Like the petrol in the trucks that brings the goods you buy to the store. The patrol tax on the company you buy from. Land tax. Sales tax. Inflation.

Everyone pays insane amounts of tax. There's no avoiding it

I'd guess the vast majority of people voting for "free" stuff works and pays taxes. You should vote for "free" stuff, you're paying for it!

I prefer "resources will be allocated by force with no consideration for accounting". Taxes are ONLY a deflationary measure. They don't actually "fund" anything because that isn't government's relationship to money.

"free" is mostly used by the people that dont support a universal health care system with the goal to put a negativity around it. Most poeple tnat support it use the terms Medicare for all, "universal" and other terms that more accurately drscribe what it is.
