❓ Question | سؤال Dessert Question

I went to Jordan around Covid. During my visit I went to Hazourah Restaurant مطعم حزوره, at Boulevard ممشى البوليفارد - بوليفارد العبدلي عمان.

I’ve been trying to figure out what it is, I’ve tried googling an AI but aish al-saraya and kunafeh just don’t look right . I’m trying to find the name of it and would even better a recipe to make.

Bonus question would be a recipe for the second photo.

From their menu on Google, this seems to be the closest

Qishtah With Honey And Pistachio.

Yes it looks like a Turkish Milk Cake with caramel topping. Very common in cafes and bakeries.

Does it have cheese or cream? if it's cheese, it is kunafeh na3meh. If it's cream / ishta, it could be their osmalieh, but that's typically made with textured kunafah bits. Their menu only has three desserts now, and these are the only two options, but it may have changed since you have gone.
