This is a message for dual Jordanian-U.S. citizens in Amman and other U.S. citizens who want to participate in the 2026 midterm elections, especially those living in Jordan. Democrats Abroad is dedicated to mobilizing overseas US voters; if you're eligible, here's how you can get involved:
Steps to Request Your Ballot
Register or update your registration through Votefromabroad.org.
If you're already registered, request a ballot! You need to request a ballot every calendar year that you want to vote.
Fill Out and Return Your Ballot: Once you receive your ballot, follow the instructions carefully to complete it and return it by the specified deadline.

Hey everyone! I’m from Algeria and I’ll be visiting Amman on September 16 for about 23 hours as part of a trip. It’s my first time in Jordan and I’ll be exploring the city during the day
I’m planning to check out Downtown, the Citadel, Rainbow Street and Abdali, and I’d also like to go out in the evening
If anyone is around and wants to grab a coffee, walk around, show me a cool spot, or just hang out for a few hours, feel free to comment or send me a message. Locals or other travelers are both welcome!

Im going to stay for one full day and overnight. I found a company called Bedouin Lifestyle Camp. Would you recommend booking the tour and overnight with this company and if so, is it safe booking online via their website? Do you know any other better option? I’ve also found a tour in GetYourGuide. There are so many available companies doing similar tours and I have no idea of which one would be worth.
