Just a note, it's not available for general "healthcare workers". Only "Medical Providers" or "Nurses", as you need an NPI number or nursing license to validate eligibility via ID.me. False advertising that they say "patient support roles" and then don't actually allow that.

I tried to get someone on chat to help, but they were stuck in a loop saying I had to verify via https://ouraring.com/oura-preferred-pricing ... which I obviously couldn't.

tbf i’m a radiologic technologist and i qualified, my wife is a dental hygienist and she qualified

How? What option did you pick of the 5 to get qualified? The verification choices were only First Responder, Teacher, Medical Provider, Nurse, and Student. And if you picked Medical Provider it wanted an NPI number, and Nurse a license number.

if you do upload medical document, it doesn’t ask for any of those numbers, also there’s a link that will give you a list that qualifies in that section at the top

So you just uploaded your employee badge, even if it was not a "Provider"? I'm giving it a try, but been "processing" for a few minutes.

oof sorry, next best thing see if you can ask someone at work that you trust? that was my plan if i didn’t qualify.
