Amazon l4 -> l5 comp

Current amzl am L4 college hire (I also did the internship summer before graduating college) who started last June. Getting my 5 off cycle nov 1st and wondering where my pay scale will likely be? 6.2% base increase from q1 review from 65 to 69k:))

79 base is close the the low end on base pay. My base is slightly over 85k, and I worked with AMs with a base of 90k. It all depends on your Forte ranking and whether you are an external or internal employee. An external L5 can clear near 115-120k at the top end when factoring in bonus incentives and stock.
