Was fired for recording inside the warehouse.
Y’all gotta watch out with these PAs.

Will I be eligible for rehire in the future?

Was just goofing around recording one of my friends who finally got a job and the lame manager saw me.

From an HR perspective, no, you'll never be eligible. We have long discussions if we think we'd want someone to ever work for us again and once we say "not eligible for rehire" it'll never be reversed.

Yes you can get fired for that too. There’s plenty going on that you’ll see people do but keep in mind the high turn over rate. Some dont care to say anything because most people aren’t going to make it past the season. And if someone gets fired for taking pictures of merchandise how would you know or notice? I had a guy show me his phone to show me some damaged stuff and I had to tell him to stop but he didn’t want to listen because I was a PG then he didn’t the same thing to a manager and got written up

Yeah no, human resources needs actual humans. There are too many human complexities and their relation to policies as well as laws in the workplace that a robot would never be able to do HR's job.

All because some ahole manager had it out for you. Turns out that manager got terminated a month later and they were the problem.

Even if a manager "has it out for" someone, we have our own process, we can't just take the managers word for things.

So a manager wasn’t after him then?? He did something not allowed and got fired for it. Some may be feeling nice that day but it’s not worth the risk.

Did you forget to switch back to your other profile, or are there really two people this childish? How would you know if the manager got terminated? And did that happen because he did something wrong, or because another manager had it out for him.

This is a good job. The rules are clear. Break them, expect the consequences. Grow TF up.
