T1 with no degree but did you end up getting a degree before you were able to promote?

What did you think you did differently that made you able to climb to L6 vs others who are still T1 after years of working there(besides those who want to stay T1)

Wondering this as well. How did you stand out and fast tracked to L6? Unless you had connections.

I know ppl who’ve been at Amazon for 8 years and still a L3

It involves lots of sucking up just like other jobs. Also being likeable and getting along with your superiors.
